Undivided Printing Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Stock Orders (Store items listed with a stock number): Please allow up to 3 business days to process and accept your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way

Custom Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days to process and accept your order. Please allow additional days (determined by complexity of the order) to create and produce your order and contact you with proofs for order fulfillment. Shipping of order may occur 2 to 3 business days after the entire order is complete. 

Store Pickup:

We do not offer store pickup as we do not have a physical storefront available for use. 

Local Delivery:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for a select few locations within New Jersey.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for local delivery, you will receive an email and/or text notifying you of the approximate delivery date. 

Shipping Rates:

We currently only offer UPS ground for shipping. At this time, shipping rates are calculated by UPS based on the size and weight of the shipped order. UPS Ground may take up to 5 to 7 business days. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
